Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology taping is an effective physiotherapy technique that benefits athletes and individuals. Kinesiology taping can be added into your treatment plans to enhance recovery, and boost performance.
RockTape is elastic therapeutic tape used to help pain relief, reducing swelling, and providing flexible support to muscle and joints.
The tape lifts the skin, which increases blood and lymphatic flow, decreases the pressure on pain receptors, improves proprioception, and enhance muscle activation and support.
It can be applied to support a variety of conditions, such as minor injuries, and stability/activation to weak or injured muscles, ligaments and joints without restricting movement.
